   * Early Bird registration fees are applicable only if full payment received by 15th February 2017.

  ** Normal registration fees are applicable to registrations received after 15th February 2017.

 *** MDES member fee is only applicable to members whose membership is valid before 31st December 2016.


  • The organising committee is not to be held responsible for accidents, losses, damages related to the conference, modification in the programme and any changes in the terms or conditions of the hotel accommodation.
  • The Organiser reserve the right to make changes and amendments to the programme and arrangements without prior notice.

1) By Local Purchase Order (LPO)
(Applicable to local government / public institutions only)

Kindly email or fax a copy of the approved LPO to the secretariat.

Compulsory: The original copy of the LPO has to be presented at the Registration Desk. Otherwise, the organisers and coordinators have the right to refuse admission.


2) By Local Cheques / Bank Draft

Please bank in the cheque/bank draft to the organiser's account and refer below for bank details. Please notify the secretariat via email with a scanned copy of your transaction slip or fax it once the payment has been done.


3) ATM Deposit / Cash Deposit / Online Transfer

Please notify us via email with a scanned copy of your transaction slip or fax it once the payment has been done.


4) By Bank Transfer (Telegraphic Transfer)
(Applicable to Overseas Participants only)

Bank fees are the sole responsibility of the registrant and should be paid at source in addition to the registration fees. Kindly send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with Registration Form(s) (printable from online registration) to the organisers via email or fax.
Note: Overseas Telegraphic Transfer remittance after 20th March 2017 is strongly not recommended (bank transfer might not arrive on time for processing and confirmation of participation).

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing to the Secretariat. Refunds will only be made after the Conference.

  1. Cancellation received ON or BEFORE 1st March 2017: 50% refund
  2. Cancellation received ON or BEFORE 20th March 2017: 25% refund
  3. Cancellation received AFTER 20th March 2017: No refund

Name change / Substitution: Notify to Secretariat by 24th March 2017 with complete information as required in the registration form.

* Paid registration fee is not refundable after the stipulated date for whatever reasons, including failure of obtaining VISA.
